3.2 - The App offers a shipping and fulfillment service on an online store's website, which is integrated into the shop's roster of available apps by the online store owner who installed the APC 123 application.

3.3 - APC 123 also offers supplementary services, including email notifications regarding shipments, tracking information, and automated order fulfillment.

3.4 - We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the operation, support, or service of the App. This includes changes in functionality, pricing, or termination of the App's availability. Please note that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 - All materials accessible through the Services, including source code ("Our Content"), are protected by copyright laws and international conventions. We either own the intellectual property rights or have acquired necessary licenses in Our Content.
